Thanks for the warning, but according to the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife's 2002-2003 Fall Hunting & Trapping Guide (see online PDF link below) on page 7 in the bottom right hand corner, it says...." All species of mice, moles, rats, shrews, snakes (except the copperbelly water snake), lizards, and terrestrial invertebrates (except threatened or endangered species) are unprotected species and may be taken year-round without a hunting license. "
Can you please let me know your source that says all reptiles are protected in Kentucky? The websites linked by Sbogill and I may be outdated.
Thank you again for the friendly warning, and also any further info you may be able to provide.
