::this guy was truely monsterous.. 18 years old.. belongs to the co-founder of our herp society.. they have quite a collection of older herps that they've had since they were hatchlings, hatched out by them, or juvies... anyway, here this guy is.. he didn't want me to disturb the snake much, as it had a "healthy personality", but i pulled the big water dish out for a few pics.. too bad i couldn't get a good full body comparison shot..
