OK! First off, I would like to thank you all for the information!
2ndly, I would like to mention at this time, I am not a breeder of commercial anything! Just a hobbyist. All my babies are either kept, or donated as educational material.
I do vollunteer work with ALL my animals and the reason for this mating, was to HOPEFULLY get a couple more Leucestic animals to show the public what could happen the next time they turn over a log in the wild.
My female is VERY good in public and to date, has ONLY bitten me. At feeding.
But when I am doing programs, I like to take to many animals and rotate them, so they do not get overly stressed. Like me!" Is that snake you got in your hands, poisiness?". How many f us hear that ALL day long?
ANYWAYS, again. I would like to say thanks for the posts!
Another ? I do have, would be along the lines of what to tell the public about Leucesism over Albinism????????
So far, from what was explained to me, Leucesim is a more complete form of Albinism....... Sound good???
Genetics never held my interest in HS, and if werent fer this White Snake, I wouldn't be interested in Genetics now!
So, thanks again, and PLEASE, disregead any gramatical errors as my spell checker is asleep at this moment.
