That price sounds very high, for wholesale. I work at a pet store here in town where I run the Reptile department. And there is possiably a good reason why the snake is so high. You said that it was Cb right. And an adult, right? Did they get it as a baby? Or did they buy it as an adult? If they got it as an adult then mabey they paid a high price for it. You never know. Have you talked to the person who runs the department to see if they might be able to give you a better deal? Its just a thought. And just remember that there is a diffrence between retail and wholesale. Also do you know who they got it from? If it came from a reputable dealer then that could be a reason why it is so high. The way I see it is if you like it and feel it is worth the money then it is. I mean these are living breathing things not cars when we start to look at them as dollar signs then we have trully lost why we got into herps in the first place, which for me is nothing more or less then a love for all things cold and scaley. I don't know I might be wrong but that is just my feelings on the subject. Sorry for the rant. :)
