Spent some summers in PA, Lancaster County was riddled with them & VERY black ones as well. The kind that makes Dwight Good drool LOL. My Aunt & Uncle lived in Amish Farm country where I caught several up in rafters of the barn, they always hung out up there hunting pidgeon & Barn Swallow hatchlings, being the avid 'nest raiders' they are. This was back in the 70's so I don't know how the wild stocks are now or the legal status on them them. I know their illegal to own in Ontario becuase they are endangered with a small population around the Kingston area.
You might wanna check with your fish & game dept before you go nabbing any!!!!
Good luck & post pictures if you catch either one!!!!
