Oxycephala breeding

I have a pair of 15 months old cb oxycephala and i was thinking to breed them next here. Now female is about 5 feet long (near 150cm), male a little smaller. They'll have a sufficient size to breed next year? What about winter? I need stop feeding or I need only give a higer humidity?
