It is difficult to find things out about Middle Eastern Snakes in general. Here are a few statements I could find...
L. diadema is shy and spends a lot of time in burrows or underground. There were questions about the taxonomy in the genus.
L. ridgewayi has been reported to have insects and lizards in in stomach.
L. gaddi prefers soft sandy areas.
