I would have to say the Taiwan Beauty (E. taeniura) would be considered the biggest, but they would be far from the baddest. Mine have great temperments.
Speaking only from my experience, the Radiated Rat (E. radiata) is the most aggressive ratsnake I have worked with. But from reading and what I've heard, the stinking goddess (E. carinata) is quite possibly the baddest of the rats.
