I have personally measured one at 78 inches and another was brought to me dead (shot by a farmer- it was eating a chicken. Not a chick, not a poult, But a Chicken!) and it was 83 inches. Pretty big!

I have only owned one Texas Ratsnake, but everything they say about them being snappy seems to be true if this one is a typical example. She's not big, but is rather fiesty.
