The first one I ever caught (back in 92') bit me behind the knee as I was about to grab him.He wrapped around my leg and hung on for dear life!I got him off me,took him home and he was a total sweetheart for two years. He was 70".
The one I have now was caught by me last september and measures around 78" and has never even attempted to bite or rattle his tail.My kids, nephews, and neices handle him under my suppervision with no problams.
My c/b albino at 50" is sweet as they come also.
And by 10:30 tomorro morning I will have a white sided at my door (next day air)and if it is anything like all the ones I've kept in the past,it will be alright too.
I hear alot of negative talk about how nasty they are,but to me they are the greatest of the rat snakes.Just my two cents!
