Leucistic Tx Rats are normally 30+ and (I think that is an orange phase, if not really sharp normal) Orange Phases normally go for around 35, so indeed you received a good deal, especially as they are adults.
I think that "Normal" is an Orange Phase, as his neck/head area looks exactly like mine and he is in shed so afterwards he will be more colorfull and have more contrast.
