E. schrencki anomala-Best temps to keep, etc..

Hello, I am getting a pair of faded amur ratsnakes tomorrow and was wondering what's the best temps to keep them. I understand they like things a bit cooler than say, corns. Are room temps OK are can they be kept in the upper 70s - low 80s with the rest of my collection after quarantine?? Also, how long does it take this species to sexually mature on average, and about at what size??
