I wonder if this is a common problem... I didn't breed my snakes this year (I'll be moving during the summer), and it's the first year that my two big male ratsnakes have been ...ah, abstinent. A yellow (probably WC) and a 'glades x albino black mix, both given to me. They are not thin (far from it, they did eat a few times late winter during our warm spells) but they have never refused food before, and right now will not eat. The yellow kills his mice, but doesn't eat them. They are active, and do the "jerky dance" whenever I replace them in their tank (y'know, the chin down, twitch body thing). The male corn snakes aren't giving me this problem. Not worried about them at this point, but just curious! They've certainly messed up my estimates for mouse production ;)
