texas rat snake recouperation please help

i found a very large tx rat on the side of a road today. it seems to have been hit by either a car or bike. it has many broken ribs his ventral scales are really roughed up. and his hemipenes are out. he does not move much and his neck is stiff. i love snakes and hate to see them die. so if there is anything i can do please let me know. thanks
