My 2 1/2 milk snake off her feed.

We have raised her from a baby, had no problem through the F/T pinkie, fuzzy, adult mice stage. BUT.. now she will not eat adult F/T mice, we think she might be gravid or going through a pre-egg puberty stage. (She has no male around.)
She will take two pinkies, and look for more. From reading all the wonderful advice from this website on other snakes, I have come up with an idea.
Next time we feed her I'm going to feed her a pinkie, then when she comes back looking for another one, I'm going to offer her a smaller adult mouse.
Does anyone think this will work????
We just got a 2 month old Taiwan a week ago, a shy boy, but eatting like a pig. Also we have a "Blairs" grey banded king snake, (Juno Road) and she is doing excellent!
Thanks for any imput on this problem, I contacted a herp doctor on line a while ago, and he didn't really give me any solutions... Jan
