What I meant to post...
I need some help..I am having no luck getting my Trans-Pecos to thrive...I've had 2 just never eat and die in the last year..Both were CB and adult..Now I have a monster male almost 5', nl color phase who is doing the same thing...I consider myself an advanced herper...I keep Drymarchon to small milks and successfully bred and raised Grey-bands and thayeri..
The animal is in a 3 ftx2ftx2ft cage...I keep temps on the warm side, 80+ daytime, low 70's nights..Dry..Hide box(which he doesn't use!) I've not tried feeding him live, as he was supposed to be feeding well on F/T...I thought when I got him through the winter, that he would come around but no luck..
If anyone out there would like to help respond here or e-mail me directly...I've always had a soft spot for these animals, but I'm on my last one (I'm some of you a saying thank the Lord) if I can't get this guy turned around...Thanks, Carl
