TX rat not eating.

My baby tx rat (17 in.) recently got stuck underneath the lip if the lid on its aquairium. When i examined it to make sure its ok i noticed a recesion, or caved in area where it was stuck (1 in back from nose). I decided to give it a day or two and see what happens. After a dya or two the area returned to normal, but when i feel of the area, i still feel a "hollow" area, like there are a rib or two missing, and lately (within last 4 days) he wont eat. He dosnt seem to be in pain, and hes not fixing to shed. Any help will be greatly apreaciated!
