of hybrids between species (an intergrade is a cross between subspecies and are expected to occur whereever the two ranges overlap).
I found a snake once that was later determined to be a hybrid between a Western Diamondback and a Mojave Rattlesnake. Hybrids between these species have been found many times.
In general, natural hybrids are very rare (I would speculate that more wild albinos are found than wild hybrids).
