I hurt a cb baby I hatched out really bad after I put her in a cage that had had Pest Strips in it 5 days before (I had removed it 5 days prior to placing the snake in) - evidently the Orchid Bark substrate absorbed enough to almost kill her. I learned a tough lesson but she recovered. Use the spray on the substrate and follow the directions - Bill
