If it's an adult have you tried putting her in a smaller enclosure or a bag with the food overnight? Something I have had success with is feeding a live mouse and immediately after they have consumed it try tease feeding them with a thawed mouse on tongs. If it's a baby try washing the food item with washing up liquid, rinsing and drying - don't know why but people have had success with scenting this way...
Another technique is to hold the snake in your hand with head free and get it to strike at the item - when it gets hold make it dangle downwards with the food in its mouth - this can sometimes trigger feeding - gravity means it can't let go...
Last resorts try force feeding to see if you can re-introduce it to thawed. Use smaller food items in this case...
