Dear Arne, You may wanna try to catch or buy a lizard and rub the pinkie mouse on the lizard in the anal area, the snake will think its a lizard by the scent. And the reason it may not be eating the mouse is because it may be affraid of the mouse, I have to feed my coachwhip a fresh dead mouse because he is affraid of live ones almost any size. And also try to feed it a lizard, racers and coachwhips love lizards. And if you just caught it then give it a while to get used to were it lives now. And also some racers and coachwhips just won't eat in captivity. But try a lizard, that should work. If you need more help just email me at wchuntsman@msn.com. WILLIAM H. :)
