Blindness in Black Racer

I have a family (3) of black racers that live in my yard. One of the snakes has a bluish cast to his eyes, they are kinda of milkey looking. Is this snake blind? He is about 3.5 feet long and appears to be in good health. The other two racers have black eyes.
