problemas com Boa constrictor?

eu crio um Jiboia ja tem dois anos.
tem 2 meses que ela comecou fazer um barulhos muito estranhos, como barulhos de elefante ou como um trumpete.
as vezes é quase como um arroto. Costuma fazer isso com a boca bem aberta, como que se estivesse bocejando.
desconfiei de infeccao respiratoria ou de stomatitis, mas fiz exames e todos foram OK.
alguem sabe me dizer oque poderia ser isso?
