Is my little herb sick?

Hi everyone,

I have a young painted, approx 2" (7 mos) and the other day when i was feeding him, when he went to grab a pellet of food, he let out air bubbles. He did it almost everytime while he was eating. It seems to have completely stopped now, but that was the only time i had ever seen this. I thought it might have been a respatory problem, and maybe he was breathing out his mouth. But now that its stopped i dunno what it was. Is this something i should pay attention to?
