Thank you both for the suggestions and encouragement. He has been taking a few bites of worm and doesn't seem as lethargic. I've been putting him in a 10 gallon tank for a few minutes everyday and he seems to have mastered 3 legged swimming, although he's still a little off balance. I think he's gonna make it.
