::Is it by his ear kinda. It could be an abcess which is caused by a few different problems and would need the help from a qualified reptile vet. Can you get a picture of it or something.

Contrary, abcesses are not always pillowy. They can indeed be hard lumps. Abcesses also can appear in other areas besides the ears. FYI. I'd get it checked by a vet.
