Iwas thinking of moving to jersey until I heard about thier crazy herp laws.There is no reason why I should have to get a second permit for my eastern indigos when I ALREADY have a permit at the federal level.I am just curiuos how much do all these permits cost?All these laws do is hurt the responsible keeper .The irresponsible will get the snakes no matter what law you pass.Ihear the permit for my indigos is so hard to obtain that it is not even worth the effort.Why?
