i agree 100% i think NJ has some of the best herp related laws of any state, my only problem is methods of obtaining/maintaing permits..... not being able to find permit forms, having permits that never get re-newed etc. when i first started keeping herps some years ago i had permits for everything. they would always hand them out pretty much any animal related business and pet stores would often write them up for you. then it became harder to find them and i never got anything to renew my permits. maybe you could shed some light on an easier way?
