can iguanas kill humans?

i have two 2 year old iguanas and wondered if there had been any deaths related to iguana attacks. they have very sharp nails and i had one on my shoulder and it just missed from cutting my throat with his sharp nails. just curious if there are any documented deaths and if i should be worried.
