Iguana adoption board

I was contacted by someone in NOAH who rehabilitates iguanas who wanted to know if anyone was interested in adopting a small iguana. Also, she said she would like to help other iguanas if she could get some help placing them in good homes. I know a couple of states have put up adoption boards, and I was wondering how successful that has been and if anyone has any advice about starting an adoption board for Ohio.
Also, has anyone done any work with any pet stores or animal shelters with adopting out iguanas? Just wondering if anyone has tried this approach.
