To Not have a cover on your tank
By elcheal

First there was one salamander,
Then there were none.
Then I found four more salamanders,
Then there were two
Oh woe is me,
What am I to do?

Lesson: Never underestimate the importance of a screen cover for your salamanders, They can and will get out!!

**this did not happen to me, I just made it up. I do have a screen cover on my tank**
