Thank you! Somehow I'd gotten just the opposite idea, that worms were more nutritious than the crickets. If the pet store where I get my crickets doesn't have calcium and vitamins, I'll go on line. The store specializes in snakes, lizards, etc. -- no dogs or cats -- and the guy that runs it has some really huge lizard-type things of his own (not for sale) so hopefully he can give me some guidance. Again, thank you, I sure want to be doing the right thing.
