They did a room check during Christmas break and found a bunch of empty aquariums (I took all my snakes home to FL with me). I'm rather mad at myself because in my haste to escape the school, I forgot to hide and cover my aquariums. I got a $65 fine. I tried to argue my case with the school but it's apparently against "public health regulations". I am keeping a few choice snakes in our herpetology lab (thanks to Dr. Dorcas being such a nice guy). I just think it's funny that the school will completely turn its back on underage drinking but I keep some snakes in my room and they jump all over me. Oh well.
