That's right guys, I'd forgotten about Dr. Francis' info (it's probably what inspired me in the first place). The gelatin strip idea is great because I can cut it to the smallest required size. It may save me from trying to stuff trout intestine for the babies. I will say though, if I can find a stuffer that works at least for the 5/8" diameter, it's clean and really convenient and can be made any single length desired.
