vraag i.v.m. graptemys kohnii en over filtersystemen

ik zou graag wat informatie krijgen over filtersystemen. Ik heb een aquarium van juwel van 300l. Dit filter ik met een jumbo filter van juwel. Ik moet echter om de 14 dagen het water verversen. Is er een betere manier van filtersystemen?
Mijn schildpadden willen enkel noch zalm eten. Ik doe hier wel vitaminen op, maar ik vrees dat ze vitaminengebrek gaan krijgen. Hoe laat ik hen terug meer gevarieerd eten?
