I also am still giving my MHD daily soaks and she used to fight me like a tiger. I discovered through trial and error that they like the water on the much cooler side. As soon as I got her out of the warm and into the cooler she would soak as long as I would leave her in there. I also have to add Betadine to Herby's soak but that doesn't seem to bother her. She always does her best imitation of a floating (read *dead*) log at the beginning but when she runs out of air (sometimes up to 2+ minutes) she'll just stand up and watch whatever is going on around her.
Good Luck-Marcia and this forum have kept us going far longer than I expected to.
