What monitor would love a spilt enclosure land/water?

Dont take this the wrong way, but if you cant handle a mangrove monitor, you may want to look for other lizards that are not Varanids. While any monitor, regardless of its species, can bite and be aggressive, Mangrove monitors are one of the tamest species around and are often easy to tame. If this was too much to handle, I would suggest finding another type of lizard.
