Peachies can grow at a staggering rate, perhaps even on par with my argus (to a point). Temps mean nothing, stress is everything, it does not matter what temp anything is if it is not used. I used to think peachies were shy, but now I see otherwise, a monitor that hides all the time is stressed, a monitor that doesn't grow is stressed. Try to figure out what is causing the stress and alleviate it. Some ideas on the things I have seen cause some degree of stress: basking spot placement, enclosure placement, substrate, suitable hides, excess insects...

Small??? They are big enough to give a really good bite when they feel the need, and they are big enough that I am nearly out of room in my garage with just four enclosures.

Good Luck,

--Robert
