I wouldnt try to bulk him up quickly, but instead gradually get him into healthier feeding habits. You never want suddenly change an animals diet drastically overnight. Take it slow and work him up to it. Hes lived this long on god knows what, so just give him some time and let him adjust to it all(new cage, new diet, new owner..etc). Hell bulk up, dont worry bout that, just be patient.;-)
