Seem to be "going at it" al the time, but I have yet to produce anything from it. No eggs or anything:-(. I probably dotn have the right dirt consistancy for egg laying or something. Im still struggeling with the whole substrate issue. I recently found some nice red dirt in Grassvalley (CA). It seems to hold pretty well, my mangroves have dug all kinds of crazy tummels and caves in it. Im going to go back up this week and get more for my timors. Hopefully they like it too. As far as taming these guys, I tried at first, but soon realized that it was stressing them out way too much. They got to the point where they would dart undercover as soon as I came into the room for fear of me reaching for them. I now just let them be. They trust me enough now to stay out of hiding while im tending to the daily feed/ water rutines. My male is pretty much always out basking, while the female tends to be the more flighty of the two.
I dont know how blue spot personalities differ from the common timors, so i suppose thats something to be considered as well.
