You can OVER suppliment just as easily as you can UNDER suppliment. I recommend you look this up for all the skinny and details on Melissa Kaplan's website.

Check under the health section and just look for it from there. If you can't find it, I'll post it. ;)

The problem is, no one knows exactly how much is too much or too little. That's why it's a must to ask around to see what everyone else offers (ask more than one or two people) and don't offer too much supplimentation.
