Gator (male Sav) eats eggs whole and raw. He has a neat trick that is cool to watch. He grabbs the egg (grade A x-lrg) in his mouth, usually small facing down his throat, tips his head back and cracks the egg in his mouth and lets all the juice drain down his gullet then eats the shell. He's the only one that I've seen perform this trick.
Albigs in the wild have been known to eat snake and not break them into pieces.
No big info just wanted to share Gator's story.
