I need some help with my baby Savannah.

Hi everyone, I just signed up. I recently aquired my baby Savannah Monitor (Mocho, means 'King of the Lizards") today, he is active, and alert. And looks in good health, but he went poop, and I found a small, white worm moving around in it. I`m a little concerned. Does anybody know what it is? And how to get rid if theres more? Thank you so much, Nic. Oh, and here is a pic of the little rascal.
