Hi,
From what I've heard they are not fully recessive at all. They are at best a line bred trait, I had a really nice one-(pictured) that I've been raising since a hatchling, about a week after warming up my breeders-(which this was going to be her first year) she died ?, just instant death, when a snake dies after comming out of brumation it could of been a hundred things, you just never know unless you get a necropsy-spelling ?, but I was really hoping to breed her and get some offspring to breed back to her and see what happensor what would of happend, but oh well, you win some and loose some. Well I hope any of this info helps. Jeff Teel
