Keeping milks together

Hey everyone,
I have sort of limited space in my room, so am interested in keeping two milk snakes together. I don't have them yet, but may get some. As long as they are close to the same size, have appropriate space and hiding spaces, will this be ok? I will feed them separately, would it be necessary to keep them apart for a day or so after feeding as well? Thanks,
