I second the suggestion for a tight cover. I learned the hard way many years ago the importance of this. Milksnakes are escape artists like no other.


:I hope, for the sake of your new pet, that you have at least met its basic requirements... a heating pad, water dish, hiding places, good substrate, and a tight cover.
