Snakes are individuals. Most Hondurans calm down with age & handling. I have one female that is going on 2 this year & she was a monster as a hatchling. She has never completely calmed down. She still doesn't like to be held, she musks every time. She doesn't bite any more though.
All my other Hondurans have calmed down nicely though. In fact I have only had one other one bite & that was the first day we got him as a hatchling.

If he cant get over the biting of a baby snake than he can get a pair of working gloves & hold the snake. After he sees it has calmed down a bit, take the gloves off for a while. Hold the snake for about 15 min. a day doing it like I said above & the snake should be calm as can be in no time,, unless it is like my one female (that's 1 out of 7).

Good luck.
