superworm experience question

i am currently attempting to start my own culture of superworms. i have many sets of directions on how to do this. i was wondering if any of you who have experience with this know of any method of accelerating the growth of mealworms. i know that you can keep crickets from developing by keeping them cooler and speeding up their development by increasing the heat. i was wondering if anybody knows if the same holds true for superworms.

thanks!

jason
