GEckos in need of assitance

Hi i have 3 geckos right now that are in need of assitance. They keep passing brownish greenish (barely green) stools that area Little watery and smell a tiny bit. I figure it is just a bacterial infection and since they haven't stopped eating and continue to move around im not to worried. I guess im just posting to here what you think and if it is a bacterial infection is there anything i should do. Once again these geckos still eat and are fat and healthy looking. Thanks
