Pics of my patternless leo and ? about lavender spot on head

Here are some pictures of my cute little Lemon. He has some cool bright orangey yellow coloration at the base of his tail. But when I took him outside today I also noticed he has a lavender colored spot on his head between his eyes, and some smaller lavender spots further back on his head. Anyone familiar with this? Thanks!
